1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to premium features (including AI chat and clinical tests), we generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused services.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charges due to system errors.
• Extended service downtime that prevents access to paid features for an unreasonable amount of time.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under these exceptions, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge.
